POLICIES

Deposits and Cancellations 

  • Every appointment will require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of ½ of the appointment total.

  • If you need to reschedule, a notice of 24 hours is required. Changes to appointments can not be made after 24 hours.

  • Deposits roll over for all appointment changes before 24 hours.

  • Deposits do NOT roll over to appointments that are cancelled after 24 hours. 

  • A new deposit will be required for appointments that are canceled after 24 hours.  
     

Packages/Subscriptions/Gift Certificates

  • There are no refunds on packages, subscriptions, or gift certificates purchased. 

  • All package & subscription appointments must be scheduled by you before the expiration date given. 

  • Appointments that are not used will not be rolled over. 

  • Although deposits are not required for package or subscription appointments, a $30 fee will be added to your account for changes or cancellations made after 24 hours. 

Guests

  • To make the most out of your appointment, do NOT bring guest with you to your appointment. I will not be responsible for accommodating friends who want to "watch" you during your service. If you have a unique situation that requires assistance from a caretaker of some sort, please email me your request to bring this guest for approval.  

Children and Pets

  • To make the most out of your appointment, children and pets are asked to be left at home or with a trusted caretaker and will not be permitted inside during appointments.

Refunds

  • There are no refunds on any service. If you have a concern or are unhappy about a service, please let me know immediately so I can accommodate your concern.

  • Monday 1:30-6:30

  • Tuesday - Friday 10:30-6:30

  • Saturday 11-3:30

  • Sunday Closed

No Show Appointments 

  • If you are a no show for an appointment, you will be required to pay the remainder of that appointment before you can book your next appointment. Although I sympathize with unforeseen emergencies, I can not be responsible for no show appointments. Unfortunately there will be no exceptions to this policy. 

Tardy for Appointments  

  • If you arrive late to your appointment, your scheduled service will still be provided. Although your appointment will be cut short, it will still end at the scheduled time and you will be expected to pay the remainder of the service fee.

Fill Appointments  

  • If you book any fill appointment 4 weeks or more after your last fill, your appointment will be adjusted and be considered a full set and repriced accordingly.

After Hours Appointments

  • If you are needing a service after 6:30 pm, please email me a request for the date and time. Once approved, you will send the non-refundable deposit and $30 after hours fee via Paypal or Venmo.

  • For appointments needed on Sunday, there is a non-refundable $100 "closed day" fee that will need to be paid with the deposit.
